FALSE PROMISES AND RUDE UNINFORMED CALL CENTRE OPERATOR

<p>I was referred by an influential person to try Isabella Blake Creations which i did, and regret now!</p> <p>i ordered a jacket on the 23rd February and have been checking on the delivery every 2 weeks as they said it will be delievered between 31-51 days it has now gone past 51 days and when i call them every 2 weeks they gave me a date and the date kept changing. The call centre agent was very rude and made it seem like she was doing me a favour in ordering the jacket, she was very rude and as a customer i felt very insulted. The manager then calls me equally as rude and says that they are going to refund my money after saying i will receive the jacket this week?! how confused and unprofessional!!! clearly you feel you can treat consumers in an unprofessional manner as they do not have any business etiquette! disguiting service and very poor  standards!!! i will not refer them to anyone as they do not have sense of business etiquette and choose to treat consumers like they are in the wrong! pathetic!</p>
