This company entered into an agreement with The Department of Infrastructure Development and got a tender to offer training to us provided that they provide us with transport but unfortunately The Owner of the Company Phila Dittrich is a scammer of note he only came once to compensate us R160 and spoke about how the department said it will not provide for us but he was lying he decided to pocket the money meant to provide transport for us as learners
