Saw on their facebook page that they are in liquidation. https://web.facebook.com/ispafrika/?_rdc=1&_rdr Also with Vumatel with no service since last week even if I had paid for the month of may 2022. Get other providers people you will not be helped.

We have a fibre account with ISP Africa but Vumatel is the provider. There hasn't been any internet for more than 5 days now, I have logged 3 tickets, the 1st one was answered just saying there was a technical error, not response on the other 2! This is a blatant rip off! I work from home, this is pathetic service that I pay alot for! NO ONE from Vumatel or ISPAfrika bothers to update its clients or provide a resolution time. I WILL NOT PAY FOR THE DAYS THAT THERE WAS NO INTERNET! I will provide your pathetic company with my data account which I also expect to be paid by yourselves! You have lost a loyal client!

No internet access since 18th May 2022. This company sends an SMS and email stating that they are having Technical problem. We assume they working on it... Tried calling the Call centre 087 740 2425(their lines is OFF). Tried emailing them but no-one replies or returns the calls... On FRIDAY we get an email stating the company has been LIQUIDATED AND CLOSED DOWN. The phones and email service been shutdown.. HENCE NO INTERNET ACCESS AT ALL for an entire damn week... They are NOT transparent with their customer base and hid behind closed doors and waited until Friday to send out an email of being liquidated.. Quite PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5 days with out internet. Pathetic company who can not inform customers when the problem will be resolved. No customer service at all. Help line does not work. We paying for a service we can not use.

Our internet has been down for almost 4 days with minimal communication from the company to advise why. This has been a strain in our household as we work from home. They have switched their lines off so there is no way of reaching them. I've sent them numerous emails with no response. This is ridiculous !! as a company its important that you inform and update customers on what's happening and why there is such a delay with network. I understand things break but communication is really important. This is the only way I could possibly reach the company.
