So I came in to collect a vehicle which was in for service after receiving an email to say that the bakkie is ready for collection and was told that the person who is dealing with the vehicle is on lunch and that I must wait. Nobody else could assist to collect the vehicle. This is very unprofessional coming from a reputable service provider. I had to inconvenience another person to wait for me to see if the vehicle was actually ready for collection and had to wait for almost a hour after the person's lunch break. I am certainly sure someone else could have actually assisted whilst that person was on a lunch break. Really poor customer service from the Branch in Epping, Cape Town.

I would like to take this platform to say WELL DONE to Celeste Davids working at Isuzu Truck Centre Epping Cape Town. Celeste promised and she delivered. Her customer service skills was perfect and always keep by her word. WELL DONE CELESTE AND KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK AND KEEPING YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY!!

I would like to take this platform to say WELL DONE to Celeste Davids working at Isuzu Truck Centre Epping Cape Town. Celeste promised and she delivered. This is the MOST pathetic service ever!!!!!!! We ordered a part, waited 4 days, it came and now the coding is not working with the vehicle! Another 4 days without a vehicle while paying monthly installments. Never ever be so stupid to buy and Isuzu, 2021 model, not even old!!!! Pathetic to say the VERY least!!!! Never again!!!

Less than impressed with Isuzu. First time customer that took my old Isuzu in. Asked for an aircon re-gas to go with the service. Was told it cost 900 or so, but that they check for leaks etc first. Got the car back, aircon worked fantastic. Apparently no leaks. A week later when I used the bakkie to go up country the aircon was absolutely non-existent. Asked them to please check again and was then told that there is a technical issue with some other part of the system etc. etc. etc. and it will now cost 8k to fix the part that they did not check. Phoned the manager, same story, it's technical etc. Bottom line is this: I spend 900 bucks at the experts and took an aircon that works albeit not that well. Now, two weeks later, I am stuck without any aircon and without the 900 bucks. So I paid to have the thing properly broken. Sheesh, disappointing.
