A very dubious business

We have been advised by ITC Summons that we were handed over by Telkom 1023 we were offered a FREE Service by Telkom, then suddenly informed we owe R14 000 what a shock. We have asked numerous times for either an invoice or statement or some kind of business documentation we get nothing, the lady who phones on a regular basis is T Pillay, I believe (Tracey) Perhaps Carte Blanche should get involved
