IT problems sorted out with house calls - what more do you want ?
PC / Laptop giving trouble and you just don’t want the hassle of travelling to an outlet to have it looked at (and repaired) and then having to fetch it again after several days after having to phone to get a progress report ? Happened to me and after a failed attempt by an IT shop in Table View to rectify the laptop freeze (they at least did not charge me for their attempt) I happened upon ITsupportbay.com on the internet and was thrilled to read they did house calls. Had to wait a couple of days for Allan de Jongh to slot me in an appointment at my home but I got him in today and he managed to sort out my program, chop-chop. Hassle free and excellent service from an IT specialist that really knows his stuff.
