Horrible Experience

I approached ITTConnect 4 month back to design a eCommerce website for me. The project started with phase 1, expanding to phase 2 and 3. Due to lock down, phase 2 was delayed due to the fact that we didn't pay on time. Phase 3 got cancelled. We also transferred our domain to them.

ITTConnect claims outstanding payments on phase 2, phase 3 and web hosting. Web hosting was settled to, but ITTConnect refuses to release our domain because of outstanding payment on phase 2 and phase 3. My question, how can you justify this when phase 3 never started and phase 2 isn't complete. Even if i do agree to settle today, ITTConnect will not beable to deliver a completed website because their work is not completed.

I can not refer ITTConnect to anybody as a services provider.
