Ttconnect and Fred internet services worst ever experience

Fibre installed and when I want to move from the ridiculous service to vox . I am told by ttconnect no sorry will take 6 weeks as we have a backlog.

You have so many complaints step up or sell to someone who can actually give a service as this is atrocious
