Bad workmanship...goodwill gutters

I gave mr goodwill 2 houses to do aluminium guttering. Was quick to do the job and insisted on prompt payment when job was done. To the extent that he waited at atm to withdraw the money when i did eft. The joints are not properly sealed and leaking badly at door. I have left numerous messages and calls..its more than 3 months and he refuses to respond or seal the gutters. Dont ever use goodwill gutters..
