Absolutely shocking - no refunds and no managers.

Absolutely shocking service. Sold a faulty product and would not refund the item. "No cash refunds" is there policy. It was paid by card you fools @Trisham (owner with no integrity), Xolie, Junaid and Gabriel (the lambs who have no integrity). I was told that I am not allowed to speak with anyone regarding this matter, and there are no managers. How is this place still operational? @ballitojunction, you are supposed to protect your customers. I will laying and formal complaint with you and requesting an investigation. I have some less than ideal service encountered, but this company is up there with the worst of them.
