What a terrible builder is Vusi Mtembu, ID **********082, acts like a big boss- manager. They highly recommend him at CTM Ballito for our house in Ballito. He comes and goes anytime he wants, no control over his staff. Some staff don’t even know him, he hires daily staff for cheap rate for such a big project and pays them peanuts and pockets the big money. Brings the staff and sits for an hour plays on his phone. No supervision, no checking the work. Than he leaves and comes back before 5 pm to take the staff away. Never takes any word for serious, when we show him the mistakes, he laughs every time and makes stupid jokes. No respect to women at all, Neither to my Sepedi husband. We had to hire other people to fix his big mess. Very useless, very slow; and asks for money all the time. Dishonest person. Lies all the time and blames his workers which he never manages or checks their work. Big mistake. Stay away. Don’t waste your money and more importantly your time.
