Stay Clear - Blatant *******!

Friday, 21 July 2023, we requested the services of J and S Roller Doors (previously RS Shutter Doors). They speedily collected our broken roller shutter door to have it repaired and claimed that they were at their suppliers for the part and required immediate payment from us, we made the payment as requested- As it was an emergency repair.

To this day, they have not brought our roller shutter door back nor have they refunded the money we have paid to them.

We dealt with Jason and Samantha, who verbally abused us when we asked for either our repaired roller door or a refund on the money we paid. They did not oblige to either of our requests and blocked us from contacting them.

While we have gone and followed the legal steps necessary with these blatant *******- We wish to warn anyone considering using their "services" to stay clear.
