Disappointed customer - Jabsport

I bought a new vw scirocco r facelift bumper and the mounting brackets are for the same side. I called a guy called Irshaad Timol to inform him. He advised me to take pictures sent to him. I did as he has asked. Ever since then he has been ignoring my calls and emails. Now my car is stuck at the panelbeaters while I'm being ignored by the supplier. With the same order i was supposed to also receive dynamic indicator lights for my car mirrors as well as the gear nob Shifter adapter. It's over 2 months now and i have not yet received the delivery. Despite being patient and understanding, i have reached my limits with this people. Please assist as i have ran out of options.
