Thandos mediocre and pathetic service.
I wish this had a minus star option. Poor, from start to finish just poor, service, cleanliness, staff unfriendly like they are doing you a favour for doing thier job, and this isn't the first time this happened, once I just came in to buy 4 Portugese rolls, just rolls and nothing else, took me over 20 minutes and there wasn't even a line, today, the cashier takes a personal call while I'm waiting to order and pay, atrocious service to day the least, if boycott this place if I could really . Madness, absolute utter madness, I've also noted at the time of this review that I'm not the only person to complain, they have over 1200 1 star reviews / complaints, someone, anyone should look into this, either the mall management @jabulanimall or the pedros owner of this pathetic establishment .

Rude Cashier
Good day i was at Shoprite Jabulani Mall this morning and was a attended by a cashier by the name of luyanda felicia nyembe who had no etiquette and manner to serve customers i bought my groceries and she folded her hands and was conversing wth one of the cashiers its where i said to her do you expect me to pack my own groceries and she started packing and throwing things roughly some of my staff fell and i said why are you throwing things like that she looked at me like i don't exist and called for another customer very rude and does not respect customers

Today I went there to get some toiletries. When I get to the till to.pay !!!!!!!Wwooooo VAT is 15%When I ask the lady who was helping at the till ,why your VAT IS 15%SHE ANSWERED ME WITH THE ATTITUDE!!!!:.HER NAME IS NOMSA SYNGWANI.....this not the end

Bad customer service & time wasting
Definitely would not recommend. From their service online, on Uber eats, mr d & their app, the store has no sense of urgency or never-mind friendliness. You wait for hours, it’s really not okay & kfc must do something about it

I am truly concerned about Pedro's Jabulani mall this is the 2nd time I ordered full chicken with 8 piece but received 6 pieces. So I'm thinking this happened because it's month and they assuming everyone is drunk won't see their others .

Harassment jabulani mall
At the mall we are being harrased by taxi drivers we can't be bul**** into using taxi with heavy groceries am no longer shopping there
