The worse service in all of Cape Town

Like all the other reviews, I have also been unable to get them to honour the guarantee. Five weeks ago they came out in a flash, and were gone in a bigger flash. They replace inferior parts in your appliance and you pay in good faith believing that the workmanship is good and guaranteed. Now try to get them back to honour they guarantee, and they are nowhere to be found.
