If reliable internet access is important to you, Jackal Creek Estate may not be the right choice. The estate is exclusively contracted with Linteg Fibre, a poorly rated service provider with minimal support and a consistent record of service issues. Despite ongoing problems, the estate continues to rely on them, negatively affecting residents across the community.

I strongly advise against using Jackal’s Creek Property for property management. Their service is appalling. Communication is almost non-existent and when you do manage to reach someone, you’re met with empty promises and no follow-through. Rental payments are consistently delayed — rent that is due on the 1st of the month was only paid to me on the 19th. This, despite the fact that they charge a hefty once-off placement fee at the start of the lease and deduct a high monthly commission fee for managing the property. What exactly am I paying for when they cannot even perform the most basic task of paying rent on time? The person responsible for payouts refuses to take calls, her secretary is unprofessional and invasive — demanding unnecessary personal details like where you are calling from, even after you’ve given your full name, unit number and contact number. To make matters worse, the director of the company is completely disengaged and offers no assistance whatsoever when issues are escalated. This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. Jackal’s Creek Property is not a company I would recommend. My attorney had to intervene, to resolve matters.

Terrible place with unsafe atmosphere. A person who is a friend of a presinct manager name Karen assaulted me in Infront of the fedility security guard who assured he has a body cam. Prior opening a case my spouse was threatened to her name and reputation being tarnished at her work place should I not drop the case.

That place is hell.A lot of ****** and classism by their clubhouse . They’ll give you horrible bad service and when you report nothing happens for a month and when you follow up you get banned without proper investigation or a sit down .That man was like ohh so you’re that guy I mean why you disrespecting me when I’m following up on my complaint.

I have let it slide on many occassion... BUT this is the 5th time ive received food that is FROT. Checken Breast that stank to high heaven...i puked, never in my life. Rolls that were Green Mulge underneath that very night i purchased them. Bugs, yes friggin Bugs in the Hotcross Buns,,,,,, Eggs that were off a week after purchasing them...... FROT BLACK insides .......This is just wrong guys, PicknPay need to Seriously STEP-UP.......... If its not shrinkrapped or sealed direct from the supplier......... STAY AWAY. Im surprised no one is dead from bad food they selling....its that bad guys really.

I went to KFC at Jackal Creeck on the 15th of February to buy streetwise2 using drive through around 19:00.When I got home I realized that they gave me hard brownish,burned chips that we could not even chew.I am very disappointed that they sell such chips to people.

On the 22nd December 2023 I bought myself a two piece set (Pants & Top). I normally wear medium, however when I fitted the clothes the pants were small, and would not zip. On Monday the 4th January 2024, I went to exchange them and they told me that they cannot exchange nor return because they smell soap, and I never got to wash those clothes. I tried to explain to them that I never got to wear the pants as they are small, how would I bring myself to wear the pants and wash them when they are super small. They insisted that the pants smell like soap, only the pants, the very same pants that do not fit me. I find it's bad customer service, especially being their customer, requesting for an exchange not even a refund, to get the correct size. The manager concerned and assistance told me they will not do an exchange. Funny enough their other store assistants (2 ladies) kept on saying they can not smell the soap, or anything funny. I am so unhappy that their decision is unfair practice in light of the national consumer act that protects unfair treatment of consumers. I would like to request you to assist me in liaising with the shop, I am stuck with clothes that do not fit, and I do not know what to do with them. I would like to exchange with the right size fit.
