Jacklin Enterprises Incompetency

Extremely unhappy with this company. I signed up for a subscription when my children were babies and cancelled the subscription in 2013. After I cancelled, I still received demands for payment - after which time I cancelled again. Now - after 8 years of NOT having a subscription, I get contacted by a debt collector agency for money due to Jacklin Enterprises!? It's shocking! I don't owe any company any money and always make sure that my debt is settled. ALWAYS! In this case, it seems like whatever I do, the debt will NEVER be settled due to incompetence on Jacklin Enterprises side. I wish I never signed up!!
