Bad customer service

So me nd my fiancé was at Jackson Hall last Wednesday nd my fiancé normally by this shoters called ******* cause its her favourite bt it was the worse *******s ever we not sure bt we think the milk went off cause it was extremely thick nd sour... And when we told the waiter about it she just nodded her head didn't even apologise or suggested she will give us another round... Very unprofessional for a High standard place nd I mean we do visit Jackson Hall frequently... This was pathetic customer service
