WORSE DINNER AT JACKSON HALL GRAND WEST

I wish could give them negative 10 stars ... by far the WORSE!!! anniversary ...on arriving at Jackson hall @ 9:44 . Me and my beloved asked the waiter are they serving meals we would like to dine while the live band is playing ... the waiter says yes just need to find a seat ... by 10:15 we had managed to find owe own table with out the help of any waiter ... increased the table and it took me several atemts to wave the waiter over so that we can just get the menu . Eventually we get it not much of a selection but we took led then 5min could possibly say it was 3min and had desided on startes nutchows the sea food as mains and drinks ... this next part was trying to get the waiter to come take ower order .witch was mostlikly probly never going to happen... anyway the music and vibe going and I deside I'll go find a waiter and place the order 10:27 order set ... waiters serve people that came in after us they get ther drinks and food . Every 1 is getting there drinks and food but we still have no drinks no startrs nothing eventually the waiter comes over to us at 11:03 and is like "sorry the kitchen is closed"... i respond what time do the kitchen close she says @ 11 but we have been here way before kitchen closes... so basicbasicly we had to leave ..the entire night destroyed.... there manager wouldn't even come to speak to us of offer somthing lighter to eat ... I'm truly disgusted by the service of Jackson hall they should stop serving food all together or get proper waiters and management..
