Unprofessional Administration Ruining a Good Practice I genuinely liked the physiothe******s at Jacques Erasmus Physiothe******s, but the administrative team is an absolute disaster. My experience with their booking system has been nothing short of frustrating. The first issue: My consultation was canceled just minutes before my appointment, with a vague promise to reschedule—which never happened. No follow-up, no accountability. The second issue: I personally rescheduled another appointment, only to arrive and find out that the physiothe****** was on lunch. No one thought to inform me, and I was left standing there, wasting my time, a time that was agreed on by everyone To make matters worse, the admin lady is outright rude and dismissive. She never responds to messages and, shockingly, even telling me how I should communicate—apparently. What kind of customer service is that, especially when you are in the wrong? It’s a shame because the actual physiothe******s are great, but dealing with the admin team is a nightmare. If they don’t sort this out, they’ll start losing loyal clients, like they have lost me.
