****MER - NOT A REGISTERED SOLAR INSTALLER
My Experience Exactly was to this day disappointing. :( 2023-04-20 INSTALLATION DATE HE IS NOT A REGISTERED SUNSYNC OR ANY OTHER BRAND INSTALLER !!!!!! BEWARE!!!! If google allowed NO STARS i would rate him ZERO STARS... Raymond is actually only interested in selling the system to you. Once you pay him the support and service stops completely!!! I actually only got my COC form him because I withheld payment. When i didn't pay him he resorted threats of violence. Installation was ok, if I did not stand right next to them and watch everything they did then they were going to take shortcuts and the workmanship would have been shoddy... I have asked him to register my system 12 times in almost a year and he simply doesn't respond. When you call to remind him he answers, makes another empty promise and never keeps his promise. then you call and ask when he is coming to sort the issue out and he simply doesnt answer or switches his phone off. he has done this to a minimum of 5 people that we know of He is a ****mer....simple and to the point. I paid the school fess so now I don't want others to loose hard earned money. STAY AWAY FROMJAD SOLAR!!!

Don't use this company - ****!!!
This has been the most horrible experience ever. They were extremely fast to come and install the system. He said that I will only have to pay once done with instillation and the system tested. I was unable to test the system as I was at work but he demanded that I make payment. 2 days after the instillation, I noticed that I am using more power than before the solar was installed. Long story short, the solar system is not working at all and he has stopped taking any of my call and messages. He is not helping me, the system is not working and he is sitting with a R170k that I paid over to him. Don't ever use this company.
