On the 4th of June I received a quotation from Bianca, since I went to their showroom 2 days before and lady who was showcasing told me to leave my number and I will be contacted. I paid the deposit of R 7756.00 for the table and bench. Bianca was even telling me I should make sure I pay it before the weekend ends as the prices will go up. On June 15, I got an email about delays due to steel shortages. On June 28, I got another email about the business being temporarily closed due to owner being hospitalized. Since then,I have been trying to follow up with no success, calls, texts and emails not answered. I just learned from some customers who complained on Facebook. I'm so disgusted, disappointed and hurt that my hard earned money was taken like that. I'm going to open a case like the others did, I hope they pay a hefty price for scamming all of us!!!!

Ordered furniture from Bianca M Cronje and husband Jacques Cronje. Paid deposit and waited for delivery. Then they disappeared. Website deleted, email domain deleted and calls unanswered. Found more than 30 other people in the same boat. Police case opened!

I ordered a desk from them on the 20 June 2021. I paid the desk in full and I then received the confirmation of my payment and order…I waited for the 21 day period like they said on the website. This week I tried to contact them to find out the status of my order. The email are bouncing the WhatsApp messages don’t even go through… I am shocked I don’t even know what to do anymore

The owners have not responded despite numerous attempts to make contact. Ordered a table and 4 benches (Kiaat 5cm tops on all). Table delivered after months but no benches. Seems the business has defrauded a number of people in a similar way.

WORST EXPERIENCE! Placed an order for a desk, paid for it in FULL! Even got an email saying that it is out for delivery and nothing! The website has been closed down, their Facebook page deleted and no answer on emails or whatsapp! Their workshop and showroom is also closed! Do NOT USE this company for anything! I have sent multiple emails to their business and personal emails requesting a refund but I am still waiting for a response!

I paid a deposit for furniture in June 2021. Trying to find out the delivery time, messages went unread and unanswered, emails bounced back. Eventually got a hold of them and requested my deposit to be refunded, as he admitted that nothing had been done on my order. Numerous excuses but no refund. The owners are Jacques and Bianca Cronje

We ordered a table from them on June 22nd, turnaround time was said to be 25 days. We contacted them a few days later via Whatsapp to confirm details about our order but received no response. After waiting for a response for a few days we started digging and found that their website has been disabled, email has been disabled, the Jakkalsvallei Facebook page has been removed, and all of Bianca Cronje's (owner), online profiles have been removed. After trying all avenues to contact them, we contacted the building owner where the Jakkalsvallei showroom is. The building owner said we shouldn't be worried and that Bianca is very sick and that she will pass on our details to Bianca's husband Jacques Cronje. We are still waiting for him to contact us. What we don't understand is why delete the website, the Facebook page, and the email domain if Bianca is sick. Why not simply update the website and Facebook page with the reason why the business is "temporarily closed". We believe they had no intention of fulfilling our order and were planning on closing the business before we placed our order. They simply accepted a last few orders before closing never intending to deliver them. For this reason, we are laying fraud cases with SAPS and the Banks involved.
