Shocking ways in handeling a claim

What utter shoicking services. All my insurance needs are currently ( not for long) with Echelon and I found myself in a position where I had to claim for accidental damage to my road Bicycle , All quotes received are between (5) R50k and R67k as per REPLACEMENT VALUE. 'Kuben Naidoo from Echelon and their Assessor Luca Stremin only want to brush off a "secondhad 2012-2014 bike frameset at a "discounted price" negotiated by the assessor at R27k . . . This matter seems to heasd to the OMBUD as deceiptfullness and back doord deals is suspected . Matter pending 3 weeks already, Assessor only calls after hours / and send wahsapp messages. . . what type of proferssional outfit does that ? Please can the CEO of Echelon contact me urgently !
