Japan motor spares and scm Africa transport ****mers

Hi everyone I bought an engine @ japan motors spares in upington ,they say they will courier it and I will get it within 48 hrs . The price of the engine did include the transport to mpumalanga , they sent the engine to SCM Africa transport this are ****mers they don't have customer care they are rude ,there so called courier sent an email demanding R7750.00 for insurance ,before I pay I questioned them about the insurance they said it's refundable and after the payment they required another R12500.00 for the clearance of the engine of which the seller did not mention to me that the engine is not cleared its an import.
