Google business profile

Absolutely disappointed in Jasper Consultants. I stopped their services which included their creation and management of my Google business profile and emails. They refuse to give me the logins to my Gmail account THAT I OWN so now I can't even unlink their website and link the new one to my profile. So if I get signed out of my emails then my business is *****ed? These people are scaley as hell
