Blatant ****s – False Advertising, Accident-Damaged Car, and Aggressive Behaviour
I am beyond disgusted with the experience I had at this dealership. They knowingly advertised a vehicle with the wrong year model, and when I called them out on it, I was met with hostility, denial, and outright aggression. One of the women working there started screaming at me, insisting I “can’t trust” legitimate services that verify vehicle information such as year, colour, accident history, and theft status. That’s already a massive red flag — what kind of dealer gets angry when you verify facts? They then insisted that I go with them to Volkswagen to confirm the year model. So I did — I went with their manager to VW, where it was officially confirmed that the vehicle was NOT the year model they claimed in their ad. And what was their reaction to being proven wrong by the actual manufacturer? They pretended it didn’t happen. No apology. No correction. No shame. Just more arrogance, more gaslighting, and more lies. To make matters even worse, I later discovered the car was accident damaged — something they completely failed to disclose. This wasn’t a misunderstanding or error — this was a deliberate attempt to deceive a buyer, and when caught, they doubled down instead of making it right. I strongly warn anyone considering buying from this dealership: stay far away. If they can lie this boldly about a car’s year and condition, you have to wonder what else they’re hiding. This kind of dishonesty is not just ********* — it’s dangerous.

Stay Very Far Away From Jay Jay Motors
I would stay very far away from this dealership. There is a blue Ford Fiesta ST that they currently have on sale and upon viewing they gave me the classic car is perfect and has no issues. Did a little bit more research on the car and got in touch with the previous owners only to find out that the car was sold to them as a write off and has had the mileage rolled back. This got me concerned about any other cars that they may have for sale. Please save yourself the money and the stress and stay very far away.

Good customer service
I saw a vehicle on internet when i went there they presented the car to me The sales lady there was very friendly I liked the car and as a second hand car it has never given me any problems

A **** and ***** dealership in Kempton Park Jay Jay Motors I wanted to buy a car they did not disclose that the car was a salvaged car after i asked them they gave me false information regarding the history of the car i paid them a deposit to hold the car and discovered that they gave me false information now they are refusing to refund my deposit the lady in finance is very rude and hangup the phone when i called them demaning my deposit back i went there they promised to refund my money but they never did .

They do not use Banks for finances, the sales lady is extremely rude when questioned. Because i went there with a pre approved offer from Absa bank. They couldn’t/ rather didn’t want to assist me. Very ***** dealership

Great efficient service, but don't be in a hurry if you did not make an appointment. Just too many cars
We arrived there this pat weekend looking for a car. They have a huge selection and it did take a bit of time to find the right car, but we found one. The service after that was really efficient and painless and I would like to that Jay Jay Motors for their professional conduct and especially the sales lady Chi Chi. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her. Even after I could not do a direct interbank payment - as it was after hours and it was more than the cap - we had to get the regular payment to reflect in their account. Once again she kept me updated on WhatsApp and had all the transfers documents completed when we collected the car. Very happy with the service received.
