I must pay to an arrangement I did not make

Good evening. I have fallen behind on my credit card due to cancer and mounting medical bills. I got an sms to say I have made an "arrangement " to pay 2245.00 by tomorrow 04.01.2025. This is ridiculous. I have not made any agreement. I own nothing and pay as I can.

Serious harassment.
