GOVERNMENT TO CLOSE DOWN JAYMART FURNITURE
They do not deserve a star. They are ****mers. *******. I ordered last year Nov 2024. It is May 2025, no delivery. no refund. today they have been making me hold for a solid 30min no one is answering my call. They promise to deliver we after week.

THE BIGGEST ****MERS‼️‼️‼️‼️ I ordered a couch @Jaysmartrsa and payed the deposit, Did they deliver??? No , they went ghost and ignored my texts both on WhatsApp and Instagram, they stopped taking my calls. I called asking for my refund with no help, it’s been full 3months. For furniture enquiries I’d recommend you go to a reputable dealership not these ****mers. I’m even taking legal actions. I need my money.

Worst service of the century
I bought pots worth 650 plus 150 delivery fees so it totalled 800 on the 25th of December 2024 little did I know what I was getting myself into. The pots were never delivered and was advised there's a issue with the supplier okay the issue didn't stop there I had a back and forth for 3 months than April came on the on the 3rd of April 2025 I got 100 refund than the following day(4th April 2025) another 100 than the week past on the 8th got another 100 than they went ghost from there this is the worst experience I have ever encountered in my life as to why they don't want to give me my full refund idk it's the 19th of May 2025 still nothing and on the 26th of April 2025 I was told I will receive the full balance til today nothing

Worst company ever, I paid for a TV stand on 14 January never got until to date,no refund, nothing at all. When I call they keep playing games with me, my money just gone like that. Does anyone knows where to find them? I opened a case against them but, we just can't find them. Any help please. And never buy a thing from this ****mers. Mother ****ers.

WORST COMPANY! Horrible Service
WORST COMPANY EVER !! Full of lies, empty promises. I made an order on the 14th of February and till today the 14th of April no deliver has been made. You have to call them non stop for them to tell you that it’s on the way which is a lie. I honestly don’t know what to do. I’ve been requesting for me refund but they not giving it back. I’m so annoyed
