if you what to waste your time and money and energy then JB AUTO is the place to visit trust me you wont be disappointed in that department, they very good in selling you hopes and dreams with poor customer services
if you what to waste your time and money and energy then JB AUTO is the place to visit trust me you wont be disappointed in that department, they very good in selling you hopes and dreams with poor customer services. they wont even tell you if the vehicle was involved in an accident or a code 3 (rebuild) you or the vehicle is a cut and join they wont even tell you that the car has no Spare key. they will make you wait plus minus 4 to 5 hours after you've purchase the vehicle telling you that they busy cleaning and fixing minor flaws on the car! I wont recommend this dealership to anyone I rate it a NEGETIVE - 1.

Beware of *****ulent sales!
This dealership commits ***** by trying to sell us a vehicle with tampered odometers, then they also did not inform us of said ****. We travelled 3½ hours for collection and after having us wait outside in the sun for another 2 hours did the external F&I inform us of the ****. Should JB Auto have sold us this vehicle and we were to be in an accident, we would not have received an insurance pay-out because of discrepancies in details. Contracts will be nullified. The dealer agreed to refund our travelling expenses there and back home which they did not do. BEWARE! My advice: 1. Get your own finance 2. Do background checks 3. Check VIN number with trusted dealership for information 4. Do not pay any funds before satisfactory personal perusal

Dishonest criminals
Since my original review was deleted, I will keep posting this until they have the honesty to leave it up... If I could give 0 stars I would. A bunch of dishonest, malicious people work here, including the so-called manager Alex. We were in the process of buying a car which was on hold for us to be collected today pending the Dekra inspection and then got a call this morning that the car was sold to somebody else yesterday, this is highly unprofessional and quite frankly unacceptable, we were told the car was sold on a cash deal which is a poor excuse because if a car is on hold for someone the car should be on hold no matter what, even if a customer comes in offering more, this makes me think the car was sold before we even did the otp or it was sold to some ones friend instead. As a business owner myself I would never put customers through this, its disgusting! I would stay clear of this company
