One star is too generous for this business. They provided a quotation on 29 August 2022, which I accepted condition on their promise to draw, supply and install a cantilever slab at my property within the coming 3 days. Two weeks later, my place is a mess and there is no progress except that he has cut through my electrical cables and has used sub standard materials for the job. On top of that, Jarryd, the owner, represented himself as an engineer. I have contacted the Engineering Council of South Africa who have confirmed that he is not an engineer. The slab that he supplied for my property is not designed by a qualified engineer - it seems that they do not have an engineer on staff as is advertised on all of his adverts and social media. He did offer to refund my money when I advised him that I would expose him but he is now back tracking from that commitment. Contact me if you need copies of correspondence between us which clearly indicates that he offered to refund me when I advised that I will expose him and also indicates that he did not use an engineer to design my slab. I have also since learnt that he was recently asked to remove a slab because it was not made to standard.
