Took my 20 year old Renault Clio in due to an intermittent electrical fault affecting right indicator and brake lights.

Phoned to book in my vehicle as they are usually very busy. Pete and Norbet were there to receive my vehicle at 0700 and Pete paid close attention to my description of the problem and asked a few questions.

Very good first impression. Later same day Pete WhatsApped some pics and a video showing a melted connection causing a short.

Vehicle was ready next day, cleaned, in perfect order. I had left cutting pliars in the boot and they were still there right next to the offending light housing.
