Alliance aircon is poor quality. Don't buy them

I bought an 18000btu Alliance Split inverter unit for almost R14000. After 18 months, the pc board on the outside unit went faulty. They don't cover this in their warranty. This is just a rip off. Their product is of such a bad quality that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I requested that the manager call me to discuss this but they didn't bother. I was told by my repair tech that this brand is known for poor reliable, and he doesn't recommend them as well.
