Visited Jeep Menlyn the other day for a situation on making a spare key for my car. The locksmith could not communicate with the car's computer and requested me to visit the dealership in order to obtain the skim code. My request was handled swiftly, and I obtained this code without even paying anything. Fantastic service, and I was also greeted by super friendly and helpful sales individuals even on a weekend.

I deeply regret having bought a JEEP vehicle! Religiously my vehicle has been serviced by a "reputable" JEEP dealership. To date, my Jeep has been standing gathering dust at Jeep Midrand for the past 6 weeks. Thank you Jeep Midrand for finding the problem. Jeep Menlyn, atrocious service resulted in damage to my engine to an amount of up to R250 000!!! Jeep... NO THANK YOU!!! Jeep Menlyn... ABSOLUTELY NOT... They damage vehicles and leave your family stranded!!

I went to Jeep Menlyn with a hooter problem on my Jeep Compass. According to their diagnostic report, I needed to replace the Clock Spring for over R10000 including fitment. After the part has arrived from the USA and fitted, the hooter was still not working. I have wasted over R10000 for nothing. Now the dealership is saying the problem is with the Fuse Box/Computer Box at the cost of another R30000. Instead of Jeep Menlyn accepting the blame and even go into an agreement with me on a rebate on the Fuse Box, they wanted me to foot the whole 30k price tag meanwhile they caused the R10000 loss. I expect more from the Jeep Brand than this terrible service that they have given me. By this, I will give Jeep Menlyn 1 star terrible service. 23-02-2023

Very good experience. Staff is very friendly and professional. The service received from Refilwe Thobejane was excellent, but so are all the other staff! Even my car was washed - after only a diagnostic reading.... did not except that! Thank you Jeep!

What an awesome experience! From the first interaction Morne was helpful, friendly and professional. Lizelle made the Finance process as easy as pie. Great car buying experience all round!

Such amazing service received from Morne De La Porte and Lizelle Wehmeyer. Morne went out of his way to make this deal as smooth as can be and he was very helpful. I recommend them 100% and if i ever need another car i'll be heading back where i know i will be receiving the best of the best. Excellent service from start to finish. I must say, coming from a customer service background, the service received from Morne de la Porte and Lizelle Wehmeyer, was most rewarding experience ever, friendly, warm and sooo welcoming, felt like I knew them for a long time, they make you feel at ease and so comfortable when completing all the documents, and with Morne, same experience, and what I like, he is very straight forward (in good way) does not hide anything just make a sale, the car was delivered to my house in Midrand with the same warmth as at the Dealer. I would recommend doing any business with these kind and warm souls, they are an awesome team, I would say the best by far, well done Morne and well done Lizelle, YOU ARE GREAT!!!!!
