If there was a zero rating I would have given them one service very bad made me go back 3 times for one problem and still couldn't tell me If my car was fixed and got it back with a cracked windscreen.

Pathetic Service
The most unprofessional and pathetic service ever... the bank already transferred the money, now there is this excuse and that excuse, and apparently forgot to let us know about stuff and so forth... This will be my last time that I will ever sit my feet there.

PATHETIC SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE
I cannot remotely put my disgust and utter disappointment in words towards the poor poor service, bad attitude and poor workmanship of the people who work for this Company. They are easy to collect money but then hold on to your hat because the service delivery is disgusting. I even went to discuss the issue with the General Manager but I think he was unable to assist. USELESS USELESS USELESS USELESS!!!!!!!!

Fiat Montana is Tops!
Great service from Fiat Montana from Dawid Zeelie, Riaan Lamprecht and David. Accommodating me on a Saturday to fit a replacement radio/navigation system and going all out to get the replacement part.

I just cant deal with Stephan
I called again to follow up on my refund as on the 4th Jan he said it will be done in two days today it has changed the very same way he lied to me saying his manager packed the plugs and last minute he changed the story saying actually their service kit does not include plugs. I just cant deal with their attitude. Now he telling me 2 days does not confirm any promises maybe I don't understand English, can he please help me I want my money back. He is so rude. I just cant deal with Jeep montana its a no go zone. Stephan I want my money please.
