This is frustrating. My car is at the dealer for the 4th time, with the same warning sign. I have paid twice, and expect to pay again when it is back. The car is returned to be, I drive, few days later it is taken back and stays two weeks. So on and so on. Two things are frustrating me (1) I keep paying (2) They can't even give me a loan car. They say they don't have one, which is unlikely. This is a franchise dealer and I am sure they can make a plan to get me a car. Schools are open now, I uber my son to school daily, and Uber myself to work too. I have had to do AVIS rental three times, and it's just as costly as fixing my car.

I recently purchased a 2023 Grand Cherokee from Jeep Boksburg. The manager, Ishmael, personally delivered the car to me in Durban for an additional fee. However, upon delivery, he informed me that the ACC sensors might be dirty and suggested cleaning the car. This was a surprising claim, as Jeep sensors are generally more robust than those of other brands. After multiple thorough cleanings, the ACC and auto-braking features still didn't function correctly. It became evident that there was a deeper issue with the vehicle. Jeep Boksburg denied any knowledge of the problem and referred me to Jeep Pinetown. Jeep Pinetown diagnosed the issue as outdated software and attempted an update, which unfortunately resulted in a damaged driver's side door module. Now, I'm facing a frustrating situation with several potential outcomes: Best Case: The module can be recoded, the software update is successful, and the ACC issue is resolved quickly. Average Case: The module needs replacement, which could take a week or more. After the replacement, the ACC issue can be addressed. Worst Case: The module needs replacement, and the part must be sourced from the USA, potentially taking months. Additionally, the ACC module itself might also require replacement, further delaying the process. I'm extremely disappointed with this situation. I'm now without a car, burdened with a loan, and facing significant uncer*****y. I believe this situation could have been avoided if Jeep Boksburg had properly inspected and prepared the vehicle before selling it. Please attend to this matter with the upmost urgency and restore my faith in the Jeep brand.

Could not even book a service because no one is the service department was answering the phone. Kept on getting same response, please leave your number some is going to call you back. Left 3 messages and no one called back. The excuse from the receptionist was they are short stuffed. The receptionist is not even willing to do anything extra after calling 5 times and leaving 3 messages. She even said she is not sure they are going to call me back, because even their managers are not answering the phone.

My aunt bought her first Jeep Cherokee 2.4 Limited from Jeep in Vereeniging Dunkenville and paid it off. In 2016 or 2017 she bought a second Jeep Cherokee Limited edition paid a Deposit and she finished it this year. After this second Jeep was paid up, the 2nd Jeep. She received a call now told she has to pay the Balloon or residual which she was never informed about and she paid a deposit because she doesn't like the residual and she is more than capable of affording the Payment. I would like for Jeep South Africa to Account for this, they must explain why should you pay Deposit and still ask for residual. I am not very please to find my aunt stressed to such a level because I am pretty sure if she was told of this, she would have refused. No one under Private Clients would want to Pay residual or waste their money Like. Please call so we can clarify this matter and she's been stressed paying this amount from January not understanding how and why.

I would like to give a massive thank to the guys at Jeep Midrand for their excellent services. I called them to get a quote on a new vehicle, and spoke to one of their friendly sales executives. They were very patient and treated me like family. Two days later, he brought the vehicle to my home for a relaxed test drive. The cars was amazing, and I was impressed by it's performance. A month later, and I am now the proud owner of my very first Jeep. I got an amazing discount, thanks to Jeep Midrand.

Very good new and used car dealership. Nice central location which is easily accessible. There are a wide range of vehicles in stock. The staff are professional and very helpful. I was offered assistance as soon as I arrived. There is also secure parking on the premises. Worth visiting if interested in purchasing a new or used car.

WARNING : Grand Central Motors JEEP Midrand - GROSS NEGLIGENCE After receiving my car post a service done on the car, and after driving 13kms back home, my steering wheel CAME OFF. It was pure luck that i didn't **** myself or other drivers on the road as the STEERING WHEEL only came off while parking my car.. After sending a service team and fixing the car my car battery died two days later. i was once again stranded. The service agent said the battery will need to be replaced but it was fine at this stage. Along with the fact that the shocks had a small leak and brakes at 60%. After potentially losing my life or my families.....all they could say was sorry and that they will carrying out an internal investigation. Refunding R6500 was denied ...but the GROSS NEGLIGENCE and the MAJOR INCONVENIENCE was overshadowed by their GREED. They claimed that the service was carried out? if the STEERING WHEEL COMES OFF....how sure are we that the oil was changed? or if the brakes are indeed ''ok''. I urge you to please place extra attention if you plan to use rand Central Motors JEEP Midrand, that clearly puts PROFITS ahead of your life or your families.
