Rude and arrogant

I gave them a call and made an appointment ,I was told the owner would be at my premises between 3 and 4 in the afternoon to which I agree and ask them to give me a heads up as u work in the north of Johannesburg but live in the south. 14:42 I get a call from this Eddie saying he is in front of my gate and I'm not there, I reply I'm on my way home I'm on the highway about 20 mins away he says no problem I will wait for you sir. 15:05 he drives straight past me two houses away from mine I phone him and he proceeds to scream and and swear me telling me he waits for nobody I can keep my money and my business he needs neither. Rude and arrogant how this man is still making money I have no clue.
