Bought a voucher thru Daddy's Deals in June 2017. Had a look at it 2 days ago saw it was nearing expiry end SEPT. WHATSAPPed the business number to book an appt next week. Before it expires. Was told they are full next week. And that I'm welcome to ask Daddy's Deals for a refund. I went back and asked for an extension of the voucher as two other reputable Spas have done for me in the past . Was refused abruptly with these words "Every salon has their own policy. I do not extend my vouchers unfortunately. We do not hv enough space". And before I could say anything further they disappeared off the chat and blocked me. I'm appalled to have to go thru a process of asking for a refund from Daddy's Deals whereas all Jentl could have done was offer me an extension until they were less "busy". If they solicit business via Daddy's Deals surely they expect more clients and should prepare for it better? Even they should be less rigid. Disgusting service.
