Bad Treatment from Healthcare workers at Jeppe Clinic

Ministry of health needs to visit this Clinic... Stuff is rude and neglects patients.... Took me 7 hours to get my file... From there I had to join que again... When it's my turn the sister working at room 4 goes on to tell me why did I come in the afternoon.. She doesn't help me... It's 13:00 hrs she is going for lunch... Now it's 14:15 she's still not back.... Why do health care workers at Jeppe clinic treat people so bad...
