Unhappy parent with the fees

I am having a situation my daughter attend at Jeppe College business school, we were advised the fees are for 6 months and instalment is R1500.00 on monthly basis now the balance is R3000.00 for May and June.

Now they said my child can't write test because she owe the fees and we not owing we still have May and June to pay 3000.00. now my child won't write exams no communication was made with changes. The admin staff is so unprofessional they rude and mock our kids that why we bring kids and we can't afford they frustrate and verbally abuse our kids

Please help as I paid
