I have visited your location on two separate occasions, and on both visits, not a single staff member acknowledged me, offered assistance, or even inquired about which vehicle I was interested in viewing. This lack of attention and professionalism is concerning. If this is the level of service provided before a purchase is made, I can only imagine how inadequate the service might be after a vehicle has been sold. This experience has left me questioning the dealership’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
