MY MOM SALARY NOT PAID ON SICK LEAVE

Hello Peter, My name is Dineo Sefatsa, I'm writing on behalf of my mom. She had a spine problem while at work on the 2nd February 2018 and since then she hasn't been at work because it has affected her and she cant walk anymore. My mothers name is Angelina Sefatsa, she is 58years old and has been working for Jeugland for 35 yrs as a care worker. She has been at home for 3 months now and been to doctors several times and she has been submitting the doctors letters to work to date. The last doctors note that she submitted the doctor booked her until end of May 2018 as the doctor hasn't find reason to medically board her. She is booked to undergo for surgery then we will know if she cant walk permanently or not.

The problem is the company hasn't paid her for the month of April 2018 and she never received her bonus that was due end of March 2018. My mom has been in contact with the manager however the manager is forcing her to fill the forms for retirement so that they can pay her pension fund. We are seeking your assistance in this regard as my mom has been on sick leave booked by the hospital and we have submitted the medical certificates to the company. my mom wants her salary to be paid as she hasn't been sick or reported sick for 34 years she is been working there and she wants her bonus to be paid because the did process the bonus in December but she return that money and told the manager that she wants it in March 2018.
