Honestly very upset
Unprofessional and very unhappy - firstly, I was very upset regarding a bracelet I bought there and then when the lady phoned me I was told "please don't send it back here" and she was rude, not understanding that I'm frustrated regarding all of this - I sent the bracelet to be re-engraved and then told my baby dented it - I told the lady, "listen, I took a picture before I sent it in, it was NOT dented" to be told, I have it in my hands it's dented - ja, maybe because YOU TRANSPORT THE JEWELRY IN LITTLE PLASTIC BAGS !!! I will leave a bad review on every single platform regarding my experience !!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!! NO CUSTOMER COURTESY !!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE ! I also see that I'm not the only one with a bad review regarding these people !

Getting ripped off by fake silver at jewls and gems
I bought my father a silver bracelet about a year ago from jewls and jems cresta. They say that they only sell genuine silver. My father wore the bracelet for some time and now the silver has come off. I checked on the bracelet and is has a P marking which means it is plated. If I knew it was plated I would have not bought it.

Jewls and Jems poor service delivery
This is the third time I have received poor service from Jewls and Jems Menlyn when handing in jewellery to be repaired or altered... First of all I handed in my brand new silver ID bracelet to have two links removed, specifying that a link should be removed from either side of the ID plate for it to remain in the middle (just logical) which as you guest was then removed from the one side only. I then had them send it back for one link to be replaced to the one side and to remove another from the longer side for the bracelet to now be made equal... finally received the bracelet but it was visible where all the links were cut and soldered to fix their mistakes, not to mention with all the polishing since it had been sent back and forth the engraving on the ID bracelet is now barely visible... Now for today... i handed in my Girlfriends silver bracelet simply to replace the clasp also Specifying that the clasp should be replaced with a similar feminine looking clasp not the type on mens bracelet, two weeks later i receive the bracelet and once again it was replaced with the clasp found on mens bracelets... I am fed up with them damaging and performing unaccordingly
