I just want to say thank you so much to Taariq. The service that I got was remarkable he did everything he could to help me to get my wifi up and running. I was struggling with Vodacom and Flycool for almost two months. He even give He's personal router until I get my wifi on. Thank you so much Taariq.

I am at my wits end I signed up made double payments on the 3rd of July it is the 13th July no refund has service 6 July-11 July had many promises made yet nothing I am not here to name anyone but I am tired of broken promises and no service or assistance

I requested to have our WiFi reinstalled after it had been off for a year and a half due to non-payment. After seeing a post from Edwina Bailey on Facebook, I decided to give it another shot. The process was quick and smooth—after making the payment, the maintenance team came the very next day to set it up. Now our WiFi is up and running again! Big thanks to Edwina for her great service and assistance. Keep up the good work!

Hi I had trouble with making payment and reactivating my account. The Agent Millicent was so helpful and patient with me and guided me through the whole process until the line was reactivated. I really appreciated her commitment to help me resolve my issue

Jigele Trading 786 might not be the ISP yet should we as a customer have an issue they assist where as trying to get hold of the ISP it takes you a day or you just keep missing the hotline due to taking there time. They are good at selling the product and also knowledgeable if there is a fault

i have tried signing up directly with ISP's for Fibre yet the mission one goes through the agents you deal with block you or don't evens assist. never have I understood terms like inflight until i dealt with Jigele Trading 786. I was recommended by a neighbor to sign up through them. they got inflight resolved so that I can have fibre activated at my home. Keep up the good work and will continue to have you guys recommended. furthermore line wasn't activated due to Vumatel Issues however Taariq from Jigele Trading managed to resolve issue
