After sales service excellence

My wife and I bought boots a few years ago and did not actively use it. When trying to use the recently, we found the soles disintegrated. After sending a mail to them, the offered to courier it from oud house replace the soles and courier it back. What excellent service when something went wrong. Kudos to them.
