Terrible Customer Service
I am very disappointed in the service i received from your Canal Walk kiosk branch. I purchased biltong and wanted to add the special of R100 beef pieces and receive R50 droewors. The lady working there said, sorry we close we cannot provide you with the deal. You busy serving me but you cannot provide me with the deal??? Just because she was being lazy as she was packing the biltong up as i am standing there waiting for service. I have never experienced such terrible customer service before. I am disappointed.

Never again!
These guys make a biltong overloaded with hot pepper. It's not a biltong at all (as southafricans make), but some rubbish-in-pepper - no any enjoyment. Usually such "recipe" is used for old, untasty meat. Moreover - they have enormous price! While "Frut&Veg" sells best biltong at R250/kg, these clowns from J&M charge R430(!!!). Avoid these scammers.

Disappointed customer
I bought R100 biltong at J&M yesterday around 6pm at Canal walk. When I got home and ate it, it was too spicy because there was little biltong and lots of spice crumbs in it , I had to throw it all away because of the unpleasant taste. I am so disappointed

Disappointed customer

Very helpful
Just want to thank the female working at J&M biltong bar for her extra service and cutting the biltong extra thin for me. Other branches never offered that service to me especially seeing ive got braces and its hard to eat. Great service. Will definitely come again.
