Christo Janse van Rensburg

Another case about Van Heerden: A lawyer and his wife sold a Terios through van Heerden. Instead of paying the whole sales amount over to the bank he only paid some monies over and left them with debt of R70000 at the bank and no vehicle. They took action against him and his wife, Adri Botha Janse Van Rensburg and got a judgement against them. Neither him or his wife paid a cent back to them. He gave the vehicle to the "new owner" without papers from the bank and block the seller and buyer so that they can not get hold of him.
