Bad service

Bad Customer service at Jo Borkett Access Park

Last week Sunday I went to one of Jo Borkett stores in access park.

When I arrived in the store two staff members were busy chatting with each other one was tall with braids and one was short very light of complexion both have petite bodies

I was never greeted or acknowledged in any way shape or form. I was in the store for at least 10 minutes and none of them came to assist me..I went to the store as I was recommended by a friend as I was looking for a graduation outfit, I'm really disappointed with the poor customer service I received, the staff was not welcoming at all . I will never set foot there ever again and will not hesitate to advise others the same They clearly couldn't be bothered about customer service.
