Customer service at Jo Borkett Outlet Store.

I was at Jo Borkett`s Outlet Store at Access Park In Capetown last week Wednesday the 2nd of April.The Store was not welcoming, the merchandise was confusing, there was this lady with braids sitting behind the counter unbothered on her phone, she didn't even acknowledge me neither did she greet me.Jo Borkett Outlet store is still an expensive store to shop at,so one would expect treatment from staff to be excellent and professional, and the merchandise is horrible for such an expensive shop.I used to shop at Jo Borkett since it was in Waterfront,that is how long I am with the brand,my family and I wear Jo Borkett, I am quite disappointed with the service I got.
