I want to warn all job seekers about the deceptive and ********* practices of Jobleads. My experience with this platform has been extremely disappointing and concerning. Initially, I signed up for what I believed was a R49 trial package, intending to help my brother find employment. However, I was shocked to discover that they attempted to *****ulently debit R697 from my bank account without my consent. This was more than ten times the amount I agreed to, and I never authorized such a transaction. Their website makes it nearly impossible to cancel or dispute charges, and they refused to deactivate my account despite my urgent requests. Throughout my dealings with them, I received no meaningful job leads or assistance. Instead, they continue to exploit desperate job seekers by misleading them with false promises and attempting to take money under false pretenses. Multiple reviews on HelloPeter confirm that I am not alone, many others have reported similar experiences of coercion, misrepresentation, and ******* charges. Their trust index rating is terribly low, and their Net Promoter Score (NPS) is -100, indicating extremely poor customer satisfaction and trustworthiness. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from Jobleads. They are *********, dishonest, and engage in *****ulent activities that could lead to financial loss and emotional distress. Do not fall prey to their schemes. Be cautious and protect yourself. Report their activities if you encounter similar issues, and do not trust their promises or offers. Stay safe and informed. Kind Regards, GPD

Jobleads - An Urgent Warning to Job Seekers I wish to bring to public attention the highly disturbing and ************ conduct of Jobleads, a platform that ostensibly purports to assist job seekers but, in reality, preys on the vulnerable for financial gain. My experience highlights the urgent need for caution and awareness among those seeking legitimate employment opportunities. Initially, I was prompted to register on Jobleads under the impression that I was subscribing to a R49 trial package, seeking employmenton behalf of my brother. However, I was utterly appalled to discover that, without my explicit consent, they attempted to debited R679 from my bank account, a sum I did not agree to or authorise. My attempts to locate a cancellation option on their website proved futile; the platform provides no means to terminate or dispute such charges. This lack of transparency and accountability is utterly unacceptable. Furthermore, I did not subscribe to or agree to any premium services, nor did I receive any meaningful assistance or job leads from the platform thus far. The jobs they purportedly offered bore no relation to the fields or professional interests app**** for. Their actions appear to be a calculated attempt to exploit desperate job seekers who may lack the resources or knowledge to defend themselves against such predatory practices. It is important to note that similar complaints have been raised by others on platforms such as Hello Peter, where users report being coerced or misled into paying for packages they neither wanted nor received value from. This pattern of behaviour suggests a deliberate strategy to generate illicit revenue at the expense of genuine job seekers. I strongly caution anyone considering using Jobleads to exercise extreme vigilance. Do not trust their promises or navigational ease, as they seem designed to conceal their true intentions. These individuals are exploiting the hopes and anxieties of those seeking employment, and their conduct must be exposed and challenged. In conclusion, I urge regulatory authorities and consumer protection agencies to investigate these *****ulent activities and hold such platforms accountable. Job seekers deserve transparency, honesty, and fair treatment, none of which are evident in the operations of Jobleads. I am so disappointed to say the least!!!

Job Leads It's a ****. They said they would assist with reviewing my CV. and it would cost R49.00 on 20.08.25, but now they are taking my money – way over 49.00. Now they are taking R679.00 every month : 6 Septemeber 25 and 1 October 2025. Why are they taking my money? I really don't understand why one would pay to receive job adverts . Also, I did not sign for them to take my money every month. This is broad daylight *******. Please, this needs to stop. In South Africa there is a high rate of unemployment, and you find Jobleads charging people to give job adverts with no guarantee to be shortlisted.

Complete waste of time! You go through the entire sign-up process, provide your personal information, only to find out you have to pay just to apply. This should be made clear upfront. On top of that, the constant email spam is unbearable!! I’ve unsubscribed several times and still keep receiving emails. Extremely disappointing and misleading.

You sign-up for one month at R49 for that month, they then just take off R679 on the 28th March (without my consent) and again this month on the 25th April another R679 (without my consent) whilst you are unemployed. They have no conscience
