Hospital slowly ****ing a patiant with Morphine without caring

Ive been struggling with this hopital for far to long Now. According to them my mother has cancer, but for 3years now the still can tell me wich cancer, every time they do tests it gets lost. She is on so strong morphine for pain and so many diffrent medication, but nothing for cancer at all and I know forsure that this is not good for her and it is poisening her slowly. She gets blood trasfusion every 3-6 moths and no one knows where her blood dissapears to. She is 56 years old and looks like she is 80 and can bearly walk and is totaly disable to help herself. I submitted het Life insurance documents to the hospital to be completed as she has cover for all illnesses and for disability. the forms completed states that she only suffers from high blood and is a perfectly healthy woman. How can we get help in this matter
